Mat6 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the mat6 platform (including the website, mobile app and related services), you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the mat6 platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online betting platforms is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Acceptance of these terms is ongoing and applies every time you access or use the platform — not just at initial registration.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on mat6. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend using a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and logging out after each session — especially when using a public or shared device.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. mat6 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a mat6 platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. You are not permitted to use this platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, game manipulation, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt platform operations.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Distributing unlawful, offensive or harmful content through the platform.
• Registering an account using a false identity or invalid documents.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where applicable.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the mat6 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied for Malaysian users. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via available local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR and internet banking.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered under your own name. Using another person's bank account or digital wallet for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited and may result in transactions being declined or your account being suspended pending further investigation.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to an identity verification (KYC) process for your first withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your IC or other valid identity document. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on your chosen withdrawal method.

Mat6 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, suspicious behaviour or a breach of the terms of use. Deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed once used for betting or gaming purposes.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Mat6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including (but not limited to): breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass the identity verification process, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

In the event of an account suspension, you will be notified via your registered email. You may submit an appeal within 14 days of the notification date by contacting our support team. Appeals will be reviewed and a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

If an account is closed at the user's own request, any remaining balance after deducting outstanding liabilities will be refunded via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe. Conversely, if an account is closed due to a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the offending activity.

Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to register a new account. Any such attempt will be detected and the new account will be closed.

6. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

The mat6 platform and its content — including logos, interface design, text, graphics and software — are the intellectual property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute or use such content without prior written consent.

Mat6 is not liable for any financial losses, indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors or system failures beyond our reasonable control. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. mat6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any such links is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

Mat6 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
